If you are using 
Torrent Pro App and you want to pause or stop seeding, you can follow these simple steps:
– Tap on the pause button at the right side of the torrent file which appears in screen. This will pause both the download and the seeding of the torrent file.
– To resume the download and the seeding, tap on the resume button at the right side of the torrent file which appears in screen.
