If you want to delete a torrent file from your 
Torrent Pro app, but keep the downloaded file on your device, you can follow these simple steps:
Long-press on the torrent file that you want to remove.
Tap on the ‘bin’ symbol in the context menu that appears.
A delete dialog will pop up. Make sure to uncheck the ‘Delete with downloaded files’ option.
Tap on ‘OK’ to confirm.
By doing this, you will remove the torrent file from the app, but the downloaded file will remain in your file manager. You can access it anytime you want. Here is an image of how it looks like in Torrent Pro:
And if you want to Delete the file as well, Just ‘Tick’ the Delete with downloaded files option as below image, Then it will delete the downloaded file also
