Torrent Pro FAQ
- What are seeds in torrenting?
Seeding is a term used in torrenting to describe the process of sharing a file with other users. A seed is a person who has downloaded the entire file and is uploading it to others. The more seeds a torrent has, the faster it can be downloaded by new users. Seeding is essential for keeping a torrent alive and healthy.
- Who are seeders in torrenting?Seeders are people who have downloaded a file completely and are sharing it with other users. They upload parts of the file to those who are still downloading it. The more seeders there are, the faster the download speed for everyone.
- What is Seeding in Torrent?Seeding is the process of sharing torrent files with other users. When you seed a torrent, you upload the file(s) to other peers who are downloading them. This way, you contribute to the torrent network and help other users access the files faster and easier. Seeding is an important aspect of torrenting, as it ensures the availability and longevity of the files.
- Advantages of Using Torrents ?
Torrents are a P2P network that provides a secure and better downloading environment, as they do not rely on a central server.
If the download of a torrent is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, one can resume the download without starting from scratch.
Torrents offer surprisingly fast downloads compared to traditional methods.
Most torrents maintain quality standards as they filter out corrupted files.
- How Torrents Work ?
You may have heard of torrents, but do you know how they work? Torrents are a way of sharing files over the internet without using a central server. In this blog post, we will explain the basics of torrents and how they can help you download large files faster and more efficiently.
Torrents rely on a peer-to-peer (P2P) network, which means that the files are stored on multiple computers (called peers) that are connected to each other. When you download a torrent, you are not getting the file from one source, but from many different sources at the same time. Each peer has a piece of the file, and your torrent program (called a client like TORRENT PRO APP ) will collect these pieces and assemble them into the complete file.
For example, let's say you want to download a program that I made and shared as a torrent. You find the torrent file online and open it with your client. Your client will then contact other peers who have the same torrent and request the pieces of the file that you need. You will get some pieces from me, some from other peers who have already downloaded the file, and some from peers who are still downloading it. This way, you can download the file faster than if you were getting it from one server.
Another benefit of torrents is that they are resilient. If I stop sharing the file, or if my computer crashes, you can still get the file from other peers. As long as there is at least one peer who has the whole file, the torrent will remain available. This also means that I don't have to worry about my upload bandwidth being used up by hundreds of people downloading the file at once.
Torrents are a great way to share large files over the internet, but they also come with some risks and responsibilities. You should always make sure that the files you download are legal and safe, and that you respect the rights of the creators. You should also be careful about what files you share as torrents, as you may be liable for any copyright infringement or malware distribution.
We hope this blog post has helped you understand how torrents work and how to use them wisely. Happy downloading!
- What is Torrent ?
A torrent is a type of internet transfer protocol that uses peer-to-peer (P2P) technology. It allows users to share files with each other by downloading small pieces of the files from multiple sources at the same time. This makes the transmission faster than other protocols like http and ftp, which download files one by one from a single source.
- What is the difference between seed, seeder and seeding ?
If you use torrents to download files, you may have encountered these terms before. But what do they mean and how are they related?
Seed: A seed is a person who has the complete file and is sharing it with others. The more seeds a torrent has, the faster it can be downloaded.
Seeder: A seeder is someone who is seeding a file. They have finished downloading the file and are uploading it to other peers who need it.
Seeding: Seeding is the process of sharing a file with others. When you seed a torrent, you help other peers to download it. Seeding is important for the health and availability of torrents.

For example, it might say "Seeds: 5 (100)" which means that you are using 5 seeds out of 100 available.
- The higher number of seeds or seeders, the better the download or streaming quality. You can also see other information on the 'STATE' tab, such as the download speed, upload speed, progress, peers, trackers and more.
That's how you can find out the total and active seeds or seeders for a torrent using Torrent Pro app. Happy downloading and streaming!
Please see the image below for an example from our Torrent Pro app.
- What are Peers in Torrents?
A peer is a person who is downloading a file from a seeder, but who does not have the complete file yet. A seeder is someone who has the full file and is sharing it with others. Torrents are a way of distributing large files over the internet using a peer-to-peer network. In a torrent, the file is divided into small pieces and each peer can download and upload pieces from other peers. This way, the download speed is increased and the bandwidth is distributed among the peers.
- How to Pause or Stop Seeding in Torrent?
If you are using Torrent Pro App and you want to pause or stop seeding, you can follow these simple steps:
- Tap on the pause button at the right side of the torrent file which appears in screen. This will pause both the download and the seeding of the torrent file.
- To resume the download and the seeding, tap on the resume button at the right side of the torrent file which appears in screen.
You can see an example of the pause and resume buttons in the image below:
We hope this guide was helpful for you. If you have any questions or feedback, please leave a comment below. Thank you for using Torrent Pro App!
- Why should I seed after I download in Torrent?
Torrent is a peer-to-peer system that only works if you share. A good rule of thumb is to seed the files you have downloaded, to make them available to other peers. You got something for free. The same way, you should contribute to healthy torrenting and its future.
- Who are peers in torrenting?
Peers are the users who are downloading and uploading parts of their data at the same time. They share the torrent file with other peers and help to speed up the download process. If your download is 100% completed and you only upload, then you are called a seeder. You are a peer until your download is not complete and you are still uploading the torrent file.
- What is Leech in Torrent ?
A leecher is a user who downloads more than they upload. A leecher might not share any data after downloading the full file, or might limit their upload speed to a very low level. This behavior reduces the availability and speed of the file for other users, and is considered unethical by the torrent community.
To summarize, peers are users who contribute to the torrent network by sharing data, while leechers are users who take more than they give and harm the network. If you use torrents, you should try to be a good peer and avoid being a leecher.
- What is the Difference Between Seed, Peer and Leech in torrent ?
If you are familiar with torrenting, you may have heard of these terms: seed, peer and leech. But what do they mean and how do they affect your downloading experience? Let's find out.
Seed: A seed is someone who has the complete file and is sharing it with others. The more seeds a torrent has, the faster you can download it. Seeding is considered a good practice in the torrent community, as it helps other users get the file.
Peer: A peer is someone who is downloading the file from one or more seeds, but does not have the complete file yet. Peers can also share the parts of the file they have with other peers, which increases the overall speed of the torrent.
Leech: A leech is someone who downloads more than they upload, or does not upload at all. This reduces the availability of the file and slows down the torrent for everyone. Leeching is frowned upon in the torrent community, as it is seen as selfish and unfair.
- What is Swarm in Torrent ?
If you have ever used a torrent client to download files, you may have encountered the term "swarm". But what does it mean and how does it affect your download speed?
A swarm is simply a group of people who are downloading and sharing the same torrent file.
When you open a torrent file with your torrent client like TORRENT PRO APP, you join the swarm and start downloading pieces of the larger file from other peers in the swarm. You also upload pieces that you have already downloaded to other peers who need them. This way, everyone in the swarm helps each other to complete the download faster.
There are two types of peers in a swarm: leechers and seeds. Leechers are peers who are still downloading the file and do not have the complete file yet. Seeds are peers who have already downloaded the complete file and are only uploading it to others. The more seeds there are in a swarm, the faster the download speed will be for everyone, because there will be more sources of the file available.
For example, if there are six leechers and two seeds in a swarm, the total number of peers in the swarm is eight. The leechers can download pieces of the file from both the seeds and other leechers, while the seeds can only upload pieces to the leechers. The download speed will depend on how fast each peer can upload and download, as well as how many pieces they have or need.
To summarize, a swarm is a group of people who are downloading and sharing the same torrent file. The more seeds there are in a swarm, the faster the download speed will be for everyone. A good torrent user should always seed the files they download to help others in the swarm.
- What is a Tracker in Torrent?
A tracker is a server that tracks all the connected users and helps them find each other in a peer-to-peer (P2P) network. The tracker acts as a bridge, transferring or sharing small pieces of data between uploaders and downloaders. You can also find trackers in the Torrent Pro app by default.
- How Torrents Work ?
Have you ever wondered how you can download files from a website that is very popular and has a lot of traffic? If you use a traditional method, your computer will download the file directly from the main server of the website. This can be slow and inefficient, especially if many people are trying to access the same file at the same time. That's why some people use torrents instead.
Torrents are based on a peer-to-peer (P2P) protocol, which means that a group of computers share the same file and help each other to download and upload it. Torrents do not rely on a central server, but on a decentralized network of participants who are actively involved in transferring data. To use torrents, you need a special software called a torrent client, such as Torrent Pro for Android and ETC.
- How do I download torrents without my ISP knowing ?
Using torrents is a legal and efficient way of sharing large files. While ISPs won't stop you from using torrents, they may throttle BitTorrent traffic at times, which will slow your download speeds. If you don't want your ISP to know you're downloading torrents, you'll need to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN), which protects your privacy.
- Is Torrenting Legal?
Torrent is a legal file transfer protocol that allows you to download and upload files. However, torrenting is only legal if you use it for non-copyrighted content. If you share or download files that are protected by intellectual property rights, you may face legal consequences. Therefore, you should always be careful about what you torrent and respect the rights of the creators. Here are some tips on how to torrent legally and safely.
- What is a Client in Torrent?
A client in torrent is the software or web service that uses a torrent file or magnet link to download or upload files.
If you are looking for a good Android torrent client, you can download and try Torrent Pro App, which offers all the pro features for free.
- How do I make torrents faster?
Torrents are a popular way of sharing files online, but sometimes they can be slow to download. If you want to improve your torrent download speed, here are some tips you can try.
- Download torrents with many seeders. Seeders are those who continue to share the file after it has been downloaded. The more seeders there are, the faster the download will be.
- Add more trackers to your torrent client. Trackers are servers that help connect peers who have the same file. You can find lists of trackers online and add them to your torrent client manually. Alternatively, you can use an Android app like Torrent Pro, which has a default auto tracker update feature that will increase your speed drastically compared to other clients.
- How to stream torrents?
To stream torrents, you will need a dedicated torrent-streaming site or tool that can handle this process. There are several options available, but here are some of the most popular ones:
- Torrent Pro: This is an Android app that lets you stream torrents directly from your phone or tablet. It has a built-in media player that supports various formats and subtitles. It also has features like Web Torrent, battery saving, auto-shutdown, and WiFi-only mode. You can download Torrent Pro from the Google Play Store for free
- What is a Magnet Link in Torrent?
A magnet link is a hyperlink that contains the hash code for a torrent file. It is an alternative to traditional .torrent files and offers some advantages over them.
In essence, a magnet link is simply a string of text. However, there's a lot of information packed into that string!
A magnet link contains a unique identifier, various parameters depending on the exact nature of the torrent, and, most importantly, a cryptographic hash of the torrent files.
A cryptographic hash is a mathematical function that converts any data into a fixed-length string of numbers and letters. This string acts as a fingerprint of the data, meaning that any change in the data will result in a different hash.
By using the hash of the torrent files, a magnet link can locate and download the files from other peers without needing a central tracker server. This makes magnet links more resilient, efficient and convenient than .torrent files.
- What is the difference between a torrent file and a magnet link?
A torrent file is a small file that contains information about how to download a larger file using the BitTorrent protocol. It contains the metadata for the file, such as its name, size, and the location of the tracker that coordinates the download. When you open a torrent file with a Torrent client, the client connects to the tracker and downloads the file from other users who are sharing it.
A magnet link is a hyperlink that contains the hash code for a torrent file. It is an alternative to traditional .torrent files and offers some advantages over them that all torrent users should be aware of. A magnet link contains a unique identifier, various parameters depending on the exact nature of the torrent, and, most importantly, a cryptographic hash of the torrent files. A cryptographic hash is a mathematical algorithm applied to data that results in a short unique string that represents that data. This is useful for torrents because you can hash any two torrents and if they point to exactly the same files, they will have identical hashes. So, for your torrent client to know who else is part of a given torrent, it simply has to compare the hash in the magnet link to the hashes of torrents that are being shared. Filtering out only those with matching hashes quickly reconstructs the swarm of peers on the network. This is the same method used by the Distributed Hash Table found within "trackerless" torrents.
In summary, a torrent file is a small file that contains information about how to download a larger file using the BitTorrent protocol, while a magnet link is a hyperlink that contains the hash code for a torrent file. Magnet links offer some advantages over traditional .torrent files, such as the ability to download content even if the tracker is down or closed for registration.
- Advantages of Using Torrents
Torrents offer several advantages over traditional file-sharing methods:
- Faster downloads: Torrents can download files faster than traditional methods because they use a peer-to-peer network to share files. This means that you can download files from multiple sources at once, which can speed up the process.
- Resumable downloads: If your download is interrupted, you can resume it later from where you left off. This is because torrents download files in small pieces, so you don’t have to start over if your download is interrupted.
- No central server: Torrents don’t rely on a central server to download files. Instead, they use a peer-to-peer network to share files between users. This means that there is no single point of failure, and downloads can continue even if one user goes offline.
- No restrictions: Torrents can be used to download large files without any restrictions. This is because they use a peer-to-peer network to share files, so there are no restrictions on the size of the files you can download.
- Privacy: Torrents offer more privacy than traditional file-sharing methods because they use a peer-to-peer network to share files. This means that your downloads are not tracked by a central server, and your IP address is not visible to other users.
However, it’s important to note that downloading copyrighted material is illegal in many countries. We urge you to download files responsibly and legally.
- Why is my torrent download speed very slow?
There are several factors that can affect your torrent download speed. Here are some common ones and how to fix them:
- Low number of seeders: Seeders are the users who share the file after they have downloaded it. The more seeders a torrent has, the faster it will download. Look for torrents with a high number of seeders.
- Low number of peers: Peers are the users who download and upload the file at the same time. The more peers a torrent has, the faster it will download. Look for torrents with a high number of peers.
- High number of leechers: Leechers are the users who download the file but do not share it. A torrent with a lot of leechers will have a lower download speed. Avoid torrents with a high number of leechers.
- Slow internet speed: Your internet connection may be the bottleneck of your download speed. Check for any Wi-Fi interference, update your torrent client to the latest version, and adjust your client's speed settings to optimize your internet speed. (You can also test your internet speed at https://speedtest.net or https://openspeedtest.com)
- Not enough trackers: Trackers are the servers that help you find other users who have the file you want. Adding more trackers to your torrent client can increase your chances of finding more seeders and peers.
- Torrent not force-started: Sometimes, your torrent client may not start downloading a file right away. You can try force-starting the torrent to initiate the download process.
- Blocked by ISP: Your internet service provider (ISP) may be blocking torrent files or ports. You can check this by trying to download a torrent on another network. If it works, then your ISP is blocking you. To bypass this, you can change your port number or use a VPN.
- VPN: If you are using a VPN, make sure it has good speeds and supports torrenting. Some VPNs may slow down your connection or block torrent traffic.
You can download these sample videos to test your download speed:
https://webtorrent.io/free-torrents
Additionally, we have provided a unique feature called (Default Trackers & Server Tracker Update) which will update daily in our app and is enabled by default. This feature will give you more chances to get higher speeds than other torrent apps.
- Why my torrent client is using more data than it should
Torrenting is a popular way of sharing files online, but it can also consume a lot of data. If you are wondering why your torrent client is using more data than it should, here are some possible reasons and solutions.
- Protocol traffic: Torrenting involves communication between peers using a protocol. This means that there is some data being sent and received in addition to the file itself. This can increase your data usage, especially if you are uploading (seeding) or downloading from many peers at the same time.
- Low number of seeders: Seeders are those who have downloaded the file and continue to share it with others. The more seeders there are, the faster and more efficient the download will be. However, if there are few seeders, your torrent client may have to request more pieces of the file from different sources, which can also increase your data usage.
To reduce your data consumption when torrenting, you can try the following:
- Pause seeding of one or more torrent files: Seeding helps to keep the torrent network alive and healthy, but it also consumes data. You can pause seeding of some files that you have already
downloaded, or limit the upload speed in your torrent client settings. However, we recommend that you seed back as long as you can to support the torrent community.
- Choose torrents with high number of seeders: Before downloading a torrent file, check how many seeders and leechers it has. Leechers are those who are downloading the file but not sharing it. A high ratio of seeders to leechers means that the file is well distributed and you can download it faster and with less data usage.

- Why does it take too long to fetch a magnet link or a .torrent file?
It depends on various factors. Check if your internet connection is good and if your ISP is not blocking torrent ports. Also, make sure the torrent has enough seeds or peers. If the file you are downloading is too old, it may have no or not enough seeders, which makes it unable to fetch or download.

We hope this article was helpful and informative. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to share them below. Thank you for using Torrent Pro!
- Why can't I stream torrent videos while they are downloading with the in-built player?
There are multiple reasons why you might not be able to stream videos from torrents.
Unsupported format (CODEC): This happens when you try to stream or play a video or audio format that is not supported by in built player.
Low number of seeders: Seeders are those who continue to share the file after it has been downloaded. The more seeders there are, the faster the stream will be. Try downloading torrents with many seeders.
Low number of peers: Peers are those who download and upload the file at the same time. The more peers there are, the faster the download will be. Try streaming torrents with many peers.High number of leechers: Leechers are those who download the file but do not share it. Files with a lot of leechers will slow down your stream speed. Avoid files with a lot of leechers.Slow internet speed: Check your Wi-Fi interference, your current client version, and your client’s speed settings to improve your internet speed.
Not enough trackers: Consider adding more trackers to your torrent client.Blocked by ISP: This means your network is blocking torrent files or blocking your outgoing port (To check this, try downloading a torrent on another network. If it works, then your ISP is blocking). To fix this issue, you need to change your port number or use a VPN.
Hardware limitations: If you are downloading high-quality formats that are not supported by your hardware, then you will not be able to stream them. In this case, you need to download a dedicated player from the app store and get the stream link from the Torrent Pro app and paste it into the dedicated player.
- Why can't I play torrent videos while they are downloading with the in-built player?
There are several possible reasons why you might not be able to play torrent videos.
Unsupported format (CODEC): This happens when you try to stream or play a video or audio format that is not supported by your player.
Low number of seeders: Seeders are those who continue to share the file after it has been downloaded. The more seeders there are, the smoother the streaming will be. Try downloading torrents with many seeders.
Low number of peers: Peers are those who continue to download and upload at the same time. The more peers there are, the smoother the streaming will be. Try streaming torrents with many peers.
High number of leechers: Leechers are those who download the file but do not share it. Files with a lot of leechers will slow down your streaming speed. Avoid files with a lot of leechers.
Slow internet speed: Check your Wi-Fi interference, your current client version, and your client's speed settings to improve your internet speed.
Not enough trackers: Consider adding more trackers to your torrent client.
Blocked by ISP: This means your network is blocking torrent files or blocking your outgoing port (To check this, if you are able to download a torrent on another network, then your ISP is blocking). To fix this issue, you need to change the port number or you can use a VPN.
If you are downloading high-quality formats that are not supported by your hardware, then they will not stream. In that case, you need to download a dedicated player from the app store and get the stream link from the Torrent Pro app and paste it into the dedicated player to work.
- Why is there no audio when playing video with the in-built player?
If you are facing this issue, it could be due to one of these two reasons:
Corrupted or wrong file: The video file you have downloaded may not have proper audio embedded in it. Please check the source and quality of the video file you have downloaded.
Unsupported formats (CODEC): Our in-built player supports most of the video and audio formats, but there are some limitations compared to dedicated players. If you try to play a video or audio format that is not supported by our in-built player, you will not hear any sound. In this case, you need to download a dedicated player from the app store that supports all formats.
- Why is there no audio while the video is playing?
There could be several reasons why you can't hear any sound when you play a video. Here are some common causes and solutions:
Corrupt video: If you have downloaded a corrupt video, it may not have sound. Download the correct file and try playing it again.
Missing codecs: If you are missing codecs, the video may not play sound. Codecs are software components that encode and decode digital media formats. Install the required codecs to fix the issue.
Third-party video players: If the default video player is not working well with unusual video types, use a third-party player that supports all formats. There are many free and reliable video players available online.
- Why can't I download to my SD Card?
Possible reasons:
Missing Device Support: Your device manufacturer may not support SD Card access.
Use Website Version instead of Play Store Version: Unfortunately, in recent Google Play Store versions, SD Card support was removed due to Google's restrictions. According to Google, no apps should have access to SD Cards from Nov-21 onwards (see https://rb.gy/mleqvn). Only SD Cards mounted as root can be detected. However, we care about our users' needs and we have created a separate build of ' Torrent Pro' for users that supports all folders like the previous version. To use this feature, you need to download our app from our official website instead of Google Play Store. Download from https://torrentpro.qinfro.com.
- Why can't I download to SD card custom locations instead of app private folder?
Unfortunately, in recent versions, Google Play has restrictions on the 'Write Storage Permission' and starting from Nov-2021, apps targeting Android-11 and above can only access public storage folders (e.g., Downloads, Documents, Pictures, Music, etc.). Therefore, any folders created outside of these locations cannot be used for downloading. If you want, you need to create sub-folders in the above-mentioned locations.
Moreover, SD card support was also removed due to Google Play Store restriction as stated above. According to Google, no apps should have access to SD cards from Nov-21 on wards (refer https://rb.gy/mleqvn). Only SD cards mounted as root can be detected.
Not Only Us, All apps will lose support to SD card from Nov-21 on wards after update, violating this leads to ban of app by google play store.
This affects not only us, but all apps will lose support for SD card from Nov-21 on wards after update. Violating this rule may lead to app ban by Google Play Store.
Hence, developers have no option to support all locations and SD cards anymore due to Google Play's new rules and restrictions.
Note: However, as per our user concerns, we have created a separate build of ' Torrent Pro' for users which supports all folders like previous version. For that, you need to download our app from our official website instead of Google Play Store.
Download from https://torrentpro.qinfro.com
Then You Are Able To Download To All Folders
And if you are using the app from before 13 February 2022, then you need to uninstall the previous version of the app and install the app (direct download) from the website (this is due to signature change).
Then you will be able to download to all folders.
Note: Even though the app is up-to-date which is downloaded from our website, but Play Store will show an update in the Play Store. Don't update from Play Store if you want to have access to all storage locations.
And if you are a purchased user, don't worry even if you download from our website. Your purchase will be automatically verified.
- How to Download Files Larger Than 4GB to SD Card ?
If you have ever tried to download a file larger than 4GB to your SD card in Android, you may have encountered an error message saying that there is not enough space. This is not because your SD card is full, but because of the file system it uses. In this blog post, we will explain why this happens and how to fix it.
The file system is the way that files are organized and stored on a disk drive. The most common file system for SD cards and USB drives is FAT32, which stands for File Allocation Table 32. FAT32 has been around since 1996 and it is compatible with most devices, including Windows PCs, Mac computers and many mobile systems. However, FAT32 has a major drawback: it cannot handle files larger than 4GB. This means that you cannot copy, move, save or transfer any file that exceeds this size limit to a FAT32-formatted disk.
To overcome this limitation, you can format your SD card to a different file system, such as exFAT or NTFS. exFAT stands for Extended File Allocation Table and it supports files up to 16 exabytes (1 exabyte = 1 billion gigabytes). NTFS stands for New Technology File System and it supports files up to 256 terabytes (1 terabyte = 1000 gigabytes). Both exFAT and NTFS can handle large files without any problem.
To format your SD card to exFAT or NTFS, you can use a computer or a third-party app on your Android device. Here are the steps for both methods:
Using a computer:
- Insert your SD card into a card reader and connect it to your computer.
- Open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) and locate your SD card.
- Right-click on your SD card and select Format.
- Choose exFAT or NTFS from the File system drop-down menu.
- Click Start and wait for the process to finish.
Using an app:
- Download and install a formatting app from Google Play Store, such as AParted or SD Card Formatter.
- Launch the app and grant it the necessary permissions.
- Select your SD card from the list of available storage devices.
- Choose exFAT or NTFS from the Partition type option.
- Tap on Apply changes and wait for the process to finish.
After formatting your SD card, you should be able to download files larger than 4GB without any issue. However, if you encounter any problem or have any question, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
- What is Sequential Download in Torrent Pro and how do I use it?
Sequential download is a Pro feature in Torrent Pro app, which is provided for free. You can enable it in the Settings page, and then you will find the sequential download option in two places:
1. You will find the sequential download option while placing a download. In the torrent add dialog, you can find the option and enable it.
2. If you have already added the torrent, then you can click on the torrent file, which will take you to the details page. In the details page, under the 'INFO' tab, you can find the 'Sequential Download' option, where you can tick mark it to enable sequential download.
Once you enable the sequential download, Torrent will try to download the pieces in sequential order (1,2,3,...n) for that particular download only. So, whichever torrent you want to download in sequential manner, you can enable it.
This feature is very recommended while you stream your torrents while downloading.
- Why am I still seeing ads even after purchasing to remove ads?
If you have already purchased to remove ads, then you should not see any ads.
If you are still getting ads, please follow the steps below.
Some possible solutions:
1. Please go to the settings page, click on the 'Ads Free' option and restart the app. This should solve the problem.
2. If you are still getting ads, please try to clear the app data in your phone settings and reopen the app.
3. Check if you are using two Google accounts in Play Store and verify which account you used to purchase and set it as the default purchase Google account. Then clear the data of Torrent Pro app and it should resolve automatically.
Note: If you are seeing something like 'Save Birds' or 'Save Trees' etc., then please be aware that those are not ads, those are quotes.
If you are a paid user, then you will have an option in the settings to remove quotes.
If you are still getting ads, then please share screenshots of the app with ads at [email protected]
Please share your purchase order ID that you received at the time of purchase, so we can verify the status. Note: If your purchase is successful and active, then you will see a banner in the settings page as 'Ads Free (Activated)' which means your purchase is active and you will not see any ads. You can also check the active subscriptions in Google Play Store in 'Payment & Subscriptions > Budget & History'. Here you will find all of your previous app purchases. So please check if your payment was successful or not.
If you are still facing any issue, please write to us at [email protected], so our team can resolve it as soon as possible.
- Why does the app still consume my mobile data even when I turned on WiFi Only Mode?
The 'WiFi Only' mode only checks whether 'WiFi' is connected or not. If WiFi is detected as connected, it will tell Android to start downloading. Most phones can only turn on one network at a time, either 'WiFi' or 'Mobile data'.
Or even if both are turned on at the same time, Android will give priority to WiFi only and not consume mobile data.
But only a few devices can turn on both WiFi and mobile data at the same time (which is called Dual Wi-Fi acceleration). In this scenario, the app will check if the WiFi is connected or not only and tell Android to start downloading. Then your device will start downloading.
In this above case ,If you connect to WiFi and the WiFi internet is not working, then your device will use mobile data for downloading. (So there is no option for us to stop downloading over mobile data if both WiFi and Mobile Data are connected. Everything is managed by your phone manufacturer, so the behavior will vary from device to device.)
- I have already purchased the option to remove ads, but what if I reinstall the app either from Play Store (or) from the official website? Do I need to purchase it again?
The answer is no, you don't have to purchase it again. You can restore your subscription or purchase automatically.
How do you do that? Well, remember that when you downloaded the Torrent Pro App from Play Store on your previous device, you used a certain email id. That email id is linked to the purchase you made.
So, on your new device, you have to use the same email id to download the app from Play Store. Then, your subscription or purchase will be restored automatically without any additional procedure. It's that simple!
Just make sure that you select the correct email id in Play Store before downloading the app. If you download the app with a different email id, you will have to uninstall it and re download it with the correct one.
That way, you can enjoy all your purchases without any hassle.
- If I change my mobile, what will happen to the purchases I have made previously?
Your subscription or purchase will be restored automatically. However, you need to remember the email ID that you used to download the Torrent pro App from the Play Store on your previous device. That email ID will be linked to the purchases you have made.
So, on your new device, you should use the same email ID for downloading the app from the Play Store. Then, your subscription or purchase will be restored automatically without any additional procedure. This will happen automatically.
Be sure to select the correct email ID in the Play Store before starting the download. If you download the app with a different email ID in the Play Store, then uninstall the app and re-download it using the correct email ID.
This way, all your purchases will be restored.
- Why does my Torrent download hangs and stop in middle of the downloading?
Torrent Health: One of the main reasons is due to poor Torrent health. If your Torrent doesn't have enough Seeders and Peers, then the chance of downloading is very low. So make sure your Torrent health is good.
Slow internet Speed: Check your Wi-Fi interference, your current client version, and your client's speed settings to improve your internet speed. (And also check your internet speed at https://speedtest.net or https://openspeedtest.com)
- Why i'm unable to see downloaded file in File explorer, Where it is still showing in Torrent Pro app ?
If you have downloaded a file using Torrent Pro app, but you can't see it in your File Explorer, here are some possible solutions to fix this issue.
First, make sure you have granted proper storage permission to the Torrent Pro app. You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > Torrent Pro > Permissions and enabling the Storage option. This will allow the app to access your files and folders.
Second, if you still can't find the file in your File Explorer, you may need to do a force recheck on the torrent. You can do this by tapping on the torrent in the app, then selecting the Force Recheck option from the menu. This will verify that the file is downloaded correctly and not corrupted.
Third, if the force recheck doesn't work, you may need to move the torrent to a new location in the Torrent Pro app. You can do this by tapping on the torrent in the app, then selecting the Move option from the menu. You can choose a different folder or create a new one where you want to save the file. This may help you locate the file in your File Explorer.
I hope these tips help you solve your problem. If you have any questions or feedback, please leave a comment below.
- Is there any way to limit my battery usage when using Torrent Pro?
Yes, there is!
Unlike many other apps, this is a pro feature that you don't have to pay for. You are a smart Torrent Pro user, and you know that Torrent Pro gives you all the pro features for free. How awesome is that?
To activate this feature, go to the Torrent Pro settings page and look for the 'Battery Saver' option. There you can choose to 'Download and upload only when charging' and set a 'Custom battery percentage'. This will stop your downloads and uploads when your battery reaches a certain level. That way, you can save your precious juice for more important things,
- Why does the app close or restart when the screen goes off?
This is due to the Android OS behavior. According to Android, when any app runs for a long time and there is not enough RAM, Android will kill the app in the background. That is why the app sometimes restarts or closes when you turn off the screen.

- My device has not enough Storage space can i still download through Torrent Pro ?
If you want to download files using Torrent Pro, you might wonder what happens if your device storage is full. In this blog post, we will explain how Torrent Pro handles this situation and what you can do to avoid any problems.
When you add a torrent to Torrent Pro, you can see the file size and the available storage space in the 'INFO' tab. If your storage space is not enough to fit the whole file, you will see an alert message warning you about this issue. However, you can still choose to download the torrent if you want.
Torrent Pro will download the file in pieces, starting from the beginning. As long as there is some free space on your device, the download will continue. However, when the storage space runs out, the download will stop and show an error message. You will not be able to resume the download until you clear some space on your device.
To avoid this problem, we recommend that you check your storage space before adding a torrent and make sure that it is enough to fit the file size. You can also delete some unwanted files or apps from your device to free up some space. Alternatively, you can use an external storage device such as a USB drive or a memory card to store your downloaded files.
We hope this blog post was helpful and answered your question. If you have any other questions or feedback about Torrent Pro, please let us know in the comments section below. Thank you for using Torrent Pro!
- Why is my app crashing?
Torrent Pro app is very stable, so crashing of the app is a rare thing. However, if you face a crash and are unable to open the app, then try to clear the app data in your phone settings or reinstall the app. Don't worry about your existing partial downloads. Once you reinstall the app, you can add the same torrent link/file to the app and it will automatically recheck for the existing file and continue the download from there (make sure you select the same download location).
Rebooting your device may also help. If you still face issues, please contact us.
- Why i'm facing Internet connectivity issues?
This can have various possibilities.
If you are using Wi-Fi, then make sure you are in a good coverage area of the Wi-Fi zone and always keep your router firmware up to date.
If you are using mobile data, then make sure you are in a good network coverage area and also check your data pack speed limitations and FUP.
And finally, check if your phone is blocking connectivity. For example, battery saving modes will block internet and allow only calls to save battery, so you need to disable them.
- How to i reduce my data consumption in torrent ?
One of the easiest ways to reduce your data consumption is to pause the seeding of one or more torrent files. Seeding is the process of sharing the files that you have downloaded with other peers in the torrent network. By pausing the seeding, you can stop uploading data and free up your bandwidth for other purposes.
However, pausing the seeding also has some drawbacks. First of all, it reduces the availability of the files for other peers who want to download them. This can affect the health and speed of the torrent network, and make it harder for everyone to get the files they want. Secondly, it lowers your ratio, which is the amount of data that you have uploaded divided by the amount of data that you have downloaded. Having a low ratio can negatively impact your reputation and credibility in some torrent communities, and even get you banned from some trackers.
We hope that this blog post has helped you understand how to reduce your data consumption in torrent, and why seeding back is important. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to leave them below. Happy torrenting!
- I can't activate my remove Ads purchase on other device ?
If you have purchased the Remove Ads feature for the Torrent Pro App on one device, you may want to use it on another device as well. Don't worry, your subscription or purchase will be restored automatically. Here's how:
Make sure that you use the same email ID that you used to download the Torrent Pro App from the Play Store on your previous device. This email ID is linked to your purchase and will allow you to access the Remove Ads feature on any device.
On your new device, open the Play Store and select the same email ID before downloading the Torrent Pro App. If you download the app with a different email ID, you will not be able to restore your purchase.
After downloading the app, launch it and enjoy the ad-free experience. You don't need to do any additional steps to activate your purchase. It will happen automatically.
That's it! You can now use the Torrent Pro App without any ads on multiple devices with the same email ID. If you have any questions or issues, please contact our support team at
- How to Check the Health of a Torrent File in Torrent Pro App?
If you are using Torrent Pro app to download files from the internet, you may want to know how healthy the torrent file. The health of a torrent file depends on the number of seeders, peers, leechers and availability ratio of the torrent. These factors affect the speed and reliability of your download.
To check the health of a torrent file in Torrent Pro app, follow these steps:
Open the Torrent Pro app and select the torrent file you want to check.
Tap on the torrent file where it’s take to details page . This will show you various information about the torrent, such as its size, files, trackers, comments and more.
Swipe left to go to the 'STATE' tab. Here you can see the number of seeders, peers, leechers and availability ratio of the torrent.
Seeders are the users who have downloaded the entire file and are sharing it with others. Peers are the users who are downloading and uploading parts of the file. Leechers are the users who are downloading the file but not sharing it with others. Availability ratio is the percentage of the file that is available from all the sources.
A healthy torrent file has a high number of seeders, peers and availability ratio, and a low number of leechers. This means that there are many sources to download from and that the file is not likely to be corrupted or incomplete.
A unhealthy torrent file has a low number of seeders, peers and availability ratio, and a high number of leechers. This means that there are few sources to download from and that the file may be slow, unreliable or damaged.
By checking the health of a torrent file in Torrent Pro app, you can decide whether to download it or not. You can also use this information to optimize your download settings, such as choosing a different tracker or adjusting your bandwidth limit.
- My download is stuck at 0%. What can I do now?
Force Re-Check: Try to use the Force Re-check option for the particular torrent by long pressing on the torrent or by going to the 'Details' page and clicking on the options on the top right corner of the page. There you can find the Force Re-check option.
Force Announce: Use the Force Announce option by long pressing on the torrent or by going to the 'Details' page and clicking on the options on the top right corner of the page. There you can find the Force Announce option.
If it still doesn't work, please check the following things:
- Low number of Seeders: Seeders are those who continue to share the file after it has been downloaded. The more seeders there are, the faster the download will be. Try downloading torrents with many seeders.
- Low number of Peers: Peers are those who continue to download and upload at the same time. The more peers there are, the faster the download will be. Try downloading torrents with many peers.
- High number of Leechers: Leechers are those who download the file but do not share it. Files with a lot of leechers will slow down your download speed. Avoid files with a lot of leechers.
- Slow internet Speed: Check your Wi-Fi interference, your current client version, and your client’s speed settings to improve your internet speed. (And also check your internet speed at https://speedtest.net or https://openspeedtest.com)
- Not enough Trackers: Consider adding more trackers to your torrent client.
- Torrent not force-started: If things still seem slow, try force-starting the torrent.
- Blocked By ISP: This means your network is blocking torrent files or blocking your outgoing port (To check this, if you are able to download a torrent on another network, then your ISP is blocking). To fix this issue, you need to change the port number or you can use a VPN.
- VPN: Possibly due to poor speed of your VPN, it's highly important to choose a VPN with high bandwidth and low latency.

https://webtorrent.io/free-torrents - Why can't i download using WiFi ?
Sometimes you may face problems when trying to download files using WiFi. This can be frustrating and annoying, especially if you need the files urgently. What are the possible causes of this issue and how can you solve it?
One possible reason is that your WiFi speed or connectivity is poor. This can affect the download process and make it slow or interrupted. To check this, you can try to download the same file using a different network, such as mobile data or another WiFi. If the download works fine on another network, then your WiFi is the problem.
Another possible reason is that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blocking some ports that are needed for downloading. Ports are like doors that allow data to flow in and out of your device. Some ISPs may block certain ports for security or bandwidth reasons. To check this, you can try to change the TCP ports in s our app settings by increasing are decreasing the TCP port number by one by one until its work and see if that helps. Alternatively, you can use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to bypass the port blocking and download the file.
These are some of the common solutions for fixing download issues with WiFi. If none of them work, you may need to contact your ISP or the website that hosts the file and ask for assistance. We hope this blog post was helpful and informative for you.

- It is showing 100% download even there is missing pieces ?
If you are facing the problem of incomplete downloads even when the progress bar shows 100%, you might be wondering what is going on. The reason for this issue is that you are downloading a low-quality torrent file that has missing pieces. This is not a fault of the app, but of the source of the torrent. Therefore, you should look for and download a high-quality torrent file that has all the pieces intact. In this blog post, we will explain how to do that and how to avoid this problem in the future.
- How to Use the Force Recheck Option in Torrent Pro App?

- How to Understand Swarm in Torrent ?
- How to Download Torrents Anonymously ?
Torrents are a great way to share large files with other users. However, some ISPs may monitor or limit BitTorrent traffic, which can affect your download speed and privacy. To avoid this, you can use a Proxy for better security VPN (Virtual Private Network), which hides your online activity from your ISP and other third parties.
- How to Speed Up Your Torrent Downloads ?
- Improve your internet speed by checking your Wi-Fi interference, keeping your devices and software up to date, and using a reliable torrent client like Torrent Pro.
By following these simple steps, you can enjoy faster torrent downloads and access your favorite files sooner.
- How to Reduce Data Usage When Torrenting ?
You can pause seeding of some files that you have already downloaded, or limit the upload speed in your torrent client settings.

- Why does my Torrent download get stuck and stop in the middle of the downloading process?
Torrent Health: One of the main reasons is due to poor Torrent health. If your Torrent doesn't have enough Seeders and Peers, then the chance of downloading is very low. So make sure your Torrent health is good.
Slow internet Speed: Check your Wi-Fi interference, your current client version, and your client's speed settings to improve your internet speed. (And also check your internet speed at https://speedtest.net or https://openspeedtest.com)
- Can I Download Through Torrent Pro With Low Storage Space?
- How to Troubleshoot Internet Connectivity Issues ?
Are you experiencing problems with your internet connection? There are various possible causes for this issue, depending on the type of connection you are using. Here are some tips to help you solve the most common internet connectivity issues.
If you are using Wi-Fi, make sure you are within the range of your router and that the signal is strong enough. You can check the signal strength by looking at the Wi-Fi icon on your device. If the icon has fewer bars or is grayed out, you may need to move closer to the router or use a Wi-Fi extender. You should also keep your router firmware up to date, as outdated firmware can cause performance and security issues. To update your router firmware, you need to access your router's web interface and follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
If you are using mobile data, make sure you are in an area with good network coverage. You can check the network coverage by looking at the cellular icon on your device. If the icon has fewer bars or is crossed out, you may need to move to a different location or switch to a different network provider. You should also check your data plan and speed limitations, as some plans may have a fair usage policy (FUP) that reduces your speed after a certain amount of data usage. To check your data plan and speed limitations, you need to contact your network provider or visit their website.
Finally, check if your device has any settings that may block internet connectivity, such as battery saving modes or airplane modes. These modes are designed to conserve battery life or avoid interference, but they may also prevent your device from accessing the internet or allow only calls and texts. To disable these modes, you need to go to your device's settings and look for the options related to battery or network.

- How to Fix Download Issues with WiFi?

- How to find out good ratio of any Torrent File ?
A common question among torrent users is what constitutes a good share ratio for a torrent file. A share ratio is the ratio of the amount of data you have uploaded to the amount of data you have downloaded. A share ratio of 1 means that you have uploaded as much as you have downloaded, while a share ratio of 0.5 means that you have uploaded half as much as you have downloaded.
There is no definitive answer to what is a good share ratio, as different torrent sites and communities may have different expectations and rules. However, some general guidelines are:
A share ratio of at least 1 is considered fair and courteous, as it means that you have contributed as much as you have benefited from the torrent.
A share ratio of more than 1 is considered generous and helpful, as it means that you have helped other users to download the torrent faster and more easily.
A share ratio of less than 1 is considered selfish and rude, as it means that you have taken more than you have given back to the torrent community.
Of course, there may be some exceptions and circumstances that affect your share ratio, such as the availability of seeders and leechers, the popularity and age of the torrent, and your internet speed and bandwidth. However, as a general rule of thumb, you should always try to maintain a positive share ratio and seed as much as you can to support the torrent network.
- What is proxy ? and How to Use Proxy Settings in Torrent Pro App?
A proxy is a server that acts as an intermediary between your device and the internet. It can help you access blocked or censored websites, hide your IP address, and protect your privacy. You also need to consider the speed, security, and compatibility of the proxy service with your torrent client.
2.Test your proxy connection and start downloading or uploading files using your torrent client. You can check if your proxy is working by this magnet link that show your IP address, such as magnet:?xt=urn:btih:28641c64b3e0a78de5fd671649a49748ef795b18&tr=https://ipleak.net/announce.php%3Fh%3D28641c64b3e0a78de5fd671649a49748ef795b18&dn=ipleak.net+torrent+detection. If you see a different IP address than your original one, it means your proxy is working.
Using a proxy server in an Android torrent client can help you improve your online privacy and security, as well as access blocked or censored content. However, you should also be aware of the limitations and risks of using a proxy server. A proxy server does not guarantee 100% anonymity or protection from hackers, trackers, or authorities. You should also respect the laws and regulations of your country and the content providers when using a torrent client.

- What is difference between Mbps and MB/s in Torrent pro app ?
If you are using Torrent Pro app, you will find this feature in the general section with speed units, where you can select Mbps or MB/s. This is one of the unique features that the developer provides in the customization segment. Now we will explain what the difference between these two units is.
Many people are confused about the difference between Mbps and MB/s when it comes to internet speed. In this blog post, we will explain what these terms mean and how they affect your online experience.
Mbps stands for megabits per second, which is a measure of how much data can be transferred in one second. MB/s stands for megabytes per second, which is a measure of how much data is stored in one unit. A bit is the smallest unit of data, while a byte is made up of eight bits.
To convert from Mbps to MB/s, you need to divide by eight. For example, if your internet speed is 100 Mbps, that means you can transfer 100 megabits of data in one second, or 12.5 megabytes of data in one second. Conversely, to convert from MB/s to Mbps, you need to multiply by eight.
Why does this matter? Well, when you download or upload files, such as photos, videos, or documents, they are usually measured in megabytes or gigabytes (which are 1,000 megabytes). So, if you want to know how long it will take to download or upload a file, you need to know your internet speed in MB/s, not Mbps.
For example, let's say you want to download a 500 MB video file. If your internet speed is 100 Mbps, that means you can download 12.5 MB of data per second. So, to download the whole file, you need to divide 500 by 12.5, which gives you 40 seconds. However, if your internet speed is 100 MB/s, that means you can download 100 MB of data per second. So, to download the same file, you only need to divide 500 by 100, which gives you 5 seconds.
As you can see, there is a big difference between Mbps and MB/s when it comes to internet speed. The higher the number, the faster the speed. However, you need to make sure you are using the right unit for the right purpose. Otherwise, you might end up with inaccurate results or expectations.

- What is the difference between Torrent versions V1, V2 & Hybrid
Understanding Torrent Versions: V1, V2, and Hybrid
Torrents have revolutionized the way we share and download files over the internet. With the evolution of this technology, different versions of torrent files have emerged, namely V1, V2, and Hybrid. Each version has its unique characteristics and uses, catering to the diverse needs of users in the torrent community.
Version 1 (V1) Torrents: The Standard Format
V1 torrents are the most common and widely supported format across various torrent clients. They use SHA1 hashing for the entire file, ensuring data integrity and helping in the identification of files within the torrent swarm. V1 torrents are your go-to choice for compatibility and reliability, as they are supported by all clients and have stood the test of time.Version 2 (V2) Torrents: The Next Generation
V2 torrents represent the next step in torrent evolution. They employ SHA256 hashing, not just for the whole file but for individual files within the torrent. This advancement allows for more robust error checking and correction, potentially reducing wasted data. V2 torrents also support larger file sizes, theoretically limitless, which is a significant improvement over V1. However, one of the downsides of V2 torrents is the "mutable" torrents feature, which allows the creator to alter the contents of the torrent post-creation. This could pose security risks if not implemented correctly.Hybrid Torrents: Bridging the Gap
Hybrid torrents aim to provide backward compatibility with V1 while also supporting V2 features. They are an attempt to link V1 and V2 torrent swarms, allowing users to benefit from the advancements of V2 while maintaining the broad support of V1. However, not all clients support Hybrid torrents, and they can be more resource-intensive due to processing two different swarms simultaneously. But TORRENT PRO APP does.Choosing the Right Format
When deciding which torrent version to use, it's essential to consider the client support, the size of the files you're sharing, and the security features you require. V1 is the safest bet for broad compatibility, while V2 offers advanced features for those who need them. Hybrid torrents can be a middle ground, but they come with their own set of challenges. For users new to torrenting, it's advisable to stick with V1 or Hybrid torrents due to their widespread acceptance and ease of use. As the torrent ecosystem continues to evolve, we may see a shift towards V2 as the standard, but for now, V1 remains the backbone of torrent file sharing.
For a more in-depth discussion on the differences between these torrent formats, you can refer to the conversations on Reddit where users share their experiences and insights.
Torrenting is a powerful tool for file sharing, and understanding the nuances of its versions can enhance your experience and ensure you're using the technology effectively and securely. Happy torrenting!
- How to identify/know the Torrent version(V1, V2 & Hybrid) of the magnet link
Before this you can also see what is the difference between V1, V2 & Hybrid here
Now you can identify the version of Torrent file in TORRENT PRO app by going to details page of the particular app
And by technically you can also identify versioning of the torrent by checking it's magnet link, Magnet link prefix will be tell you the version of Torrent

The example of V1 Torrent is like magnet:?xt=urn:btmh:<tagged-info-hash>&dn=<name>&tr=<tracker-url>Version 2 (V2) Torrents: the prefix of the Torrent for v2 SHA-256 info-hashes is urn:btmh
The example of V2 Torrent is like magnet:?xt=urn:btmh:<tagged-info-hash>&dn=<name>&tr=<tracker-url>Hybrid Torrents: A hybrid torrent has two info-hashes, one v1 SHA-1 hash one (possibly truncated) SHA-256 hash. This forms two swarms, or a segregated swarm. libtorrent marks peers as supporting v2 or not. This information is also relayed via a new peer exchange (PEX) flag. It includes both urn:btih: & urn:btmh
A hybrid .torrent file includes both piece hashes as well as the tree root hashes for each file.
The example of Hybrid(Backward Compatible) Torrent is like
magnet:?xt=urn:btih:631a31dd0a46257d5078c0dee4e66e26f73e42ac&xt=urn:btmh:1220d8dd32ac93357c368556af3ac1d95c9d76bd0dff6fa9833ecdac3d53134efabb&dn=bittorrent-v1-v2-hybrid-testLike this you can identify the version of the Torrent.
- What is error code 13 permission denied, How to overcome it?
Error code 13 is caused due to storage permission issue,
There are two causes for this error:
1. Storage Permission not granted by user
2. User Updated app from Website version to google playstore versionStorage Permission not granted by user: If the user didn't grant the storage permission to app and try to download something then this error code 13 will be shown, So you need to provide storage permission to avoid this error
Note: For Android-11 and above for Google Play store version no additional storage permission is needed, so no need check for permission, However for Website version & other than Google Playstore versions storage permissions is needed, so you need to check the storage permission status.User Updated app from Website version to Google Playstore version: If the user installed the app from our official website and later user updated the app via Google Playstore or may Google Playstore auto updated the app, then you may get this Error code 13, This is because website version contains full storage permission(which can write, read, overwrite ,replace any file/folder across almost all locations including external storage(SD Card's ,Pendrives) while Google Playstore version contains only limited storage permission (write & read only, no replace & overwrite permissions) due to Google Playstore policies, Means Google Playstore version cannot overwrite or replace already existing or partially existing file/folder(means partially download file/movie), So once the app changed from full permission to limited permission android will not remember that previous downloaded movie is downloaded from the same app and assumes it is created by some other app, So with the limited storage permission now app can't continue the download of the file/movie,
And also as said above while you previously using full permission version you had selected the other than 'Downloads' folder which can be used by website version but later in Google Playstore version due to limited storage permission app can only write in 'Downloads' folder only other folder's can't get write permission
For this to overcome you have three options,
1. Again update the app to website version: You need to download and update the Torrent Pro app from our official website https://torrentpro.qinfro.com which contains full storage permission so it overwrite the file/movie which is already continues, so there will be no error, But remember this time you need to turnoff auto update of Torrent Pro app in Google Playstore so it won't update to limited permission version again.
2. Delete the file/folder/movie from the location: You need to delete the partially downloaded file or already created folder from that location in phone file manager, so app don't need to overwrite instead now it will write it's own file there so there will be no error code 13.
3. Change download location: As said above if other than 'Download' folder is selected while using full permission website version and after updating to the Google Playstore version then due to limited permissions it can't access other than 'Downloads' folder, so you will get this error code 13, so you need to change download location to 'Downloads' or it's sub folders then error can be fixed. So please follow the above suitable steps to fix the problem, you can also contact us by writing mail at [email protected]
