If you want to seed a torrent, you need to make sure that you are uploading data to other peers who are downloading the same file. To check if you are actively seeding or not, you can follow these steps:
– Go to the main page of your 
TORRENT PRO APP and select the torrent file or video that you want to seed.
– Click on the file or video to open the details page.
– Swipe to the ‘PEERS/SEEDERS’ tab and look for the row ‘Self’.
– There you can see your current seeding/uploading speed and how much data you have seeded/uploaded so far.
